TERMS & CONDITIONS: PAYMENT POLICY: All payments must be made in full 45 days prior to the contracted date of service. A credit card imprint must be obtained for all rides. The payment information on file may be used for overtime charges and all other related charges listed below, if applicable. Personal checks will not be accepted any later than 45 days prior to the date of service. There is an additional charge of 3.5% for all payments made with American Express. DEPOSIT POLICY: Until a deposit for service is made, all vehicles cannot be guaranteed. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. For wedding packages, in the event of cancellation, the full balance of the amount due will be charged unless New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is notified in writing at least 90 days prior to the date of service. For all other service packages, in the event of cancellation, the full balance of the amount due will be charged unless New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is notified in writing at least 45 days prior to the date of service. CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS: No requests for cancellations or modifications can b made by email. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC cannot guarantee any changes in schedule/time after the original time block has been reserved. All cancellation and itinerary modifications must be faxed to 973-305-0108. A fax transmittal verification should be kept for your own records. VEHICLE DAMAGE: The guarantor of this reservation will be held responsible for any damage to the contracted vehicle by themselves or individuals that they allow into the contracted vehicle. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC reserves the right to terminate service with no refund to clients if clients renting the service act in a disorderly and violent manner. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings for all services or damage fees that are not paid within 14 days after date of service. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC will collect any and all attorney’s fees, collection expenses, and court costs incurred by New Jersey Limo Bus LLC in its effort to collect the outstanding balance owed. SMOKING/ALCOHOL POLICY: All vehicles are non-smoking. There is a $125.00 additional charge per violation of this policy. If needed, a driver can pull over and stop to accommodate the passengers to smoke outside of the vehicle. Illegal use of drugs in our vehicles is prohibited in our vehicles and the ride can be terminated at no refund to the paying parties. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the company of minors. There is a minimum $400.00 sanitation charge for any stains or fluids spilt resulting from illness inside our vehicles. GENERAL ADDITIONAL POLICY: If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Bus is unable to performs the service as contracts, its liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by the customers hereunder. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of vehicle malfunction based on availability or scheduling conflicts. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC does not refund for unforeseen traffic delays that could impact the timing of clients itinerary, please allow extra time if necessary. New Jersey Limo Bus reserves the right to not perform service if weather is inclement and could jeopardize the safety of the passengers or chauffeurs. All New Jersey Limo Bus chauffeurs have the authority to determine if vehicles can safely enter any narrow driveways or make tight turns. All limobuses must also operate in accordance with State and local traffic laws and pick-up and drop-off at several city locations (including, but not limited to, New York City and Atlantic City) are prohibited in several areas. Limobuses may be prohibited by law from traveling on certain expressways or roadways in various areas, and may have to take alternate routes in compliance with these laws. New Jersey Limo Bus LLC is not responsible for extra time that may be incurred due to taking these alternate routes. New Jersey Limo Bus may also assist in obtaining promotions offered by area casinos but New Jersey Limo Bus is not responsible for and cannot guarantee these promotions. Clients and their respective parties cannot walk in the vehicle while the vehicle is in motion for safety purposes. New Jersey Limo Bus will not held responsible for any injury sustained if the vehicle must come to an immediate stop. New Jersey Limo Bus reserves the right to charge the customer for any overtime charges incurred at the rate contracted. Overtime rates will be billed in 1/2 hour increment. There is no guarantee that overtime hours beyond the contracted block of time will be available. New Jersey Limo Bus reserves the right to conclude services at any moment once the contracted time has expired. The itinerary for service is due ten days prior to the date of service. The itinerary may be completed on the forms provided. New Jersey Limo Bus will not reimburse or refund clients for time lost if the chauffeur is forced to find new addresses not listed on the itinerary. Please list all addresses to all destinations in advance to avoid the time-consuming mapping and locating of additional addresses. This contract must be signed and returned prior to the date of service. Kegs, coolers, popcorn, chips, and glass beer bottles and wine coolers (because of their metal caps) are prohibited inside the vehicle. Coolers can be stored in the storage areas/trunks of vehicles if there is ample space. The radio on New Jersey Limo Bus vehicles do have an automatic shut-off if volume becomes excessively loud. New Jersey Limo Bus also does not guarantee the television satellite reception at all times because of signal strength in certain areas.
